If we could be honest for a moment, I think it's safe to say that everyone has had a moment where we’ve questioned everything about our lives. We've questioned our jobs, money, friends, family, relationships, school, etc. We begin to question these things even more when we see others progressing and advancing in life. It's not that we are envious or jealous of what a person is doing or has going on but it makes us wonder when our time will come.

It becomes easy to see others and what they’re doing and become discouraged about our own situation, but that's just another distraction. Everyone has a different path and road that has been set exclusively for them. No one's journey is the same. This is such a vital key to understand because it'll keep you from becoming discouraged and weighed by the success of others. We have to learn to become focused on the process that has been laid before us. If you are focused on what you have going on and trying to get what you have together, then there's no time to become befuddled by what others around you are doing.

When you were born there was already a specific plan set for your life, a plan that no one else on earth would have. With this plan comes hardships, trials, tribulation, loss, victory, wins, triumph and more, but you have to hone in on your journey because worrying about others could interfere with your process. Worrying about others can cause a delay in what's actually waiting on you. What has to be understood is the idea that there's only on you. You're the only one with the process that God has decided to put you through. Just because your results aren't as quick as others doesn't mean that you won't get to where you want to be. You've been equipped with vision, dreams, and goals as well but it's up to you to unlock it.

You may feel like you're stagnant and idle but what if you're right where you need to be? What if it isn't your time to be exposed to the world yet? What if that idea still needs to be cultivated before God allows you to release it? There's an old saying that  "When it's your time it's your time." That statement holds so much validity because when your time comes, you won't need validation from anyone and you'll know it because everything will align. It's almost like your life will begin to flow seamlessly and what ever is for you will come to you. Please don't allow yourself to get caught up in the glitz and glamour of other people's success because the truth of the matter is, they had to go through a process before God allowed them to reach the level that they're on. So instead of asking when your time will be, make sure you're doing what you need to do to be prepared when your time arrives. Focus on your process. There's only one you and you should be proud because your journey ultimately will help mold you into who God called you to be. You're unique!
